According to Kitchen and Bath Business Magazine’s 2010 Remodelers 360 study.

A minor remodeling of a 200-square-foot kitchen, including refacing the cabinets, averaged $21,411, (return 78 percent) according to Remodeling Magazine’s 2009-2010 Cost vs. Value Report. A major remodeling, including new cabinets, averaged $57,215 (return 73 percent). An upscale remodel, with new cherry cabinets and granite countertops, averaged $111,794 (return 63 percent).
